Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We want you to love your LUCIEN. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re happy to exchange it for a different item of equal value, or offer store credit, for full-price items returned within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping costs

All return and exchange shipping costs are paid by the customer. This includes the cost of sending your item back to us and the cost of delivering your exchange item to you. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Hygiene requirement for swimwear

You’re welcome to try your LUCIEN on to check the fit. Just keep the hygienic liner and tags in place, try it on over your own underwear, and avoid makeup, tanning products, fragrance or deodorant while trying it on.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept items that have been worn beyond trying on for fit (including in water, in the shower or for an extended period), washed, or damaged, or that have had the liner removed.

All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition, including tags, liners, hygiene stickers and packaging. Returns must be completed within 7 days of delivery.

Please return your item to the address below. Once we've processed your exchange, we'll ship your new item back to you for free (Australian orders only, international orders are at the customer's expense).

If the item you'd like isn't available, we'll issue the value as store credit instead.

Please ensure items are packaged securely so they arrive back with us in original condition.

REFUNDS

If you aren't happy with your item and would prefer a refund rather than an exchange or store credit, send it back to us and we can refund you.

The item must be unworn (aside from trying it on to check the fit, as outlined above), unwashed, and in its original condition, with the tags intact.

We do not offer refunds on sale items. However, we do offer store credit.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at studio@lucienlabel.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible, and we'll sort this out for you as quickly as we can.

SALE

All sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All orders purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
