Where do you ship from?
All LUCIEN orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship both within Australia and internationally. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Australia: 2 to 7 business days
International: 4 to 12 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak periods.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused and in original condition with tags attached.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items are final unless deemed faulty.
How do I start a return?
Email us at studio@lucienlabel.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. If your size isn’t right, we’re happy to exchange, subject to stock availability.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
No stress. Contact us within 14 days and we’ll help arrange an exchange.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How do I choose the right size?
Refer to our Size Chart on each product page. Measurements are taken flat and listed in centimetres.
Are LUCIEN pieces unisex?
All LUCIEN garments are designed with unisex fits in mind. The LUCIEN Swimmers are designed for me.
How should I care for my LUCIEN garments?
Cold machine wash
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
Line dry in shade
Avoid ironing directly on prints or labels
Can I wear LUCIEN swim pieces in chlorine or salt water?
Yes, but we recommend rinsing thoroughly with fresh water after use to extend garment life.
What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
